They comply with the description, are not pwm but with a voltage regulator you can control your rpm. I 've mounted 3 on one pc replacing another 14 "and another 12" (adding an extra one taking advantage of the discount) and its air flow has been significantly improved.

It's very good! It's pretty air, but there's two bad things.-It makes a lot of noise (but on the other hand, it also gives a lot of air)-The cable to connect to the motherboard is very short. I am satisfied with the purchase and the seller

Buy 3 fans, 1 came according to the description and the other 2 didn't. It's a hoax. Only 1 comes with 3 connector the others only come with 2. It also changes the shape of the fan. They 've used the sticker on cheaper fans.
