The seller diligently contacted me to confirm my order, and asked me to advise the model and region of my printer. Luckily they did, as my printer (from Australia) appears to use a different "number" for cartridges. Before shipping, the seller adjusted the chips to be "520/521", so that would work in my printer. I am happy to say that the cartridges now work, thanks to these chips. Thank you!

This is not an auto reset chip, maybe it can be reset with a resetter, but for this you need to purchase an additional device. The order page does not say a word about it. The chips themselves are working and show the full ink level, each came signed.
