Repaired an RNS-E with this laser pickup. So far it works perfectly even in hot weather (the old one had problems reading writable disks when it was warm).
It arrived with the solder joints for ESD protection missing and some handling marks on the flex cable. I do not know, if the solder joints were removed for testing and not soldered back before packaging or why were they missing, but it works perfectly, so I am happy with it.
