Batteries always insert first into the transmitter (expose the channel, for example 1), and then into the receiver. Then everything will work. After you can switch the channel, such as 2 m and insert the batteries into another receiver, now it will work on 2 m channel and the other one on 1 m. These settings can be changed, make both transmitters work immediately, just get the batteries again. Do not burn the remote transmitter!
