Disgusting! I ordered a doll in the original box, hoping that she would be lucky to reach intact. Nothing like that! That the box would come crumpled, I expected. But the seller put inside the pieces of foam, apparently for safety. However, my doll sold a face, she came with a deformed head. And it was a piece of foam that pressed on her head. Now you have to either buy a head or try to reanimate the one that is. In the dispute, the seller refused to raise the amount I demanded. Disappointed and unhappy. Disgusting idea with foam!!!

I ordered both dolls-a rabbit and a cat. I paid for the branded packaging, as a result I received heavily crumpled boxes. In the box for some reason, there are two pieces of foam that hang out just like that. It's good that the gift is intended for her daughter and she will not be offended. But the moment is not very pleasant. The doll itself without external damage, but I did not open the box and did not pull it out. Description and photo fully corresponds, sweetheart. The doll is not hinged, in the box is a handbag and a stand.

I choose to believe the doll would have been what was pictured and my daughter would have loved it, however I can't attest to any actuality of that. I didn't receive my item, but I don't hold the seller responsible for what may have been a postal error. they were very prompt and polite when we spoke, and based on ratings they appear very on top of their business. however, I do harbor some negativity towards AliExpress for the lack of empathy and resolution on my part of things.

this is an amazing doll! the level of details is just astounding! hair is silky, dress is so we'll done, she has a bag, and the accessoires are very well fitted. i ordered without box, and she can packed very safe. i will order more for sure, want them all now. Kurhn are now my favorite! and this seller has really dolls!
