Bad part: the product had problems. 1st: it doesn't work. It has no output, and it was an unfinished one (a red cable was not connected to any port, there was flux on the printed circuit.
Good part: the customer service was very polite, and they gave a full refund asap.

The goods came, but the fee was in something drowned (even before shipment), rusty bolts and oxides on the elements. I think it's a single case, because. A lot of positive feedback and everyone is OK. The soldering on the board is good. I'll order another one.

The product itself quality and the seller immediately sent, but the courier failed, specially paid more for the delivery to get faster and as a result almost a month waited, I do not see any sense in the Courier shipping if it goes as much as the mail!
