awful service. custom LED guitar order, accepted 20 days delay for factory to build. unreliabe comms throughout and lots of little promises broken, over and over. had to chase after approx 30 days, a false SF Exoress tracking number was uploaded (had to find out from courier that it was for a different country and recipient). No explanation or apology, but they then uploaded an EMS tracking number that was invalid. waited for a while (due to Chinese holidays), but tracking number never worked. when chasing again seller claimed that EMS had returned it due to a security issue. I'm 100% certain the order simply wasn't ready, and seller uses fake tracking numbers to buy time. Ended up cancelling the sale, months wasted with nothing to show for it. No apologies, no explanations, completely unprofessional - avoid at all costs.
