Color: Dark Grey, Logistics: Seller's Shipping Method
I have contacted the company numerous times about their broken non-working item they shipped me that was the wrong color to begin with but also does not even work at all not once has it worked since brand new out of the package and refused to respond to me I am in the process of contacting the Better Business Bureau and my attorney it is extremely sad that I have to go this route for such a small trivial item but it is just the point of the situation that they refused to get back to me because they sent me a screwed-up product that was not even the right one I ordered and when I contact them in regards to sending me a proper working correct item that I ordered of the right color they refuse to respond now I have to go through my attorney that's probably going to cost me around $1,000 and who knows how many hours on the phone etc and lawyer fees etc etc... over a million/billion $$ company who cant send right & WORKING PRODUCT THAT COST LIKE @$10.
