the purchase arrived after opening the dispute, I know it would be delayed by COVID but it is not fair that the purchase was stopped at the Chilean customs because the seller declared the product for USD50 and the real price is USD329 What the seller did is a fraud.the product arrived 71days later I also had to pay the customs tax of almost $70000 Chilean pesos, I have evidence that the seller declared the product in USD50 and I have evidence that I paid the customs tax. I want a refund of customs taxes
