This selfie light did require some installation, but it was mainly attaching the light to the stand. Once that was attached, it was easy to install our phone inside the ring light. This worked with a case on the phone and then without. The lights can be very bright but it's nice to be able to either turn them down when needed or turn them up higher. The stand itself is really sturdy, especially when you have to either push pause, play or to adjust the phone. Stand does not feel like a cheap one but made of high quality products.
You'll find a variety of these on here, but I chose this one based on features and price. It's easy to assemble, and the phone mount is strong enough and opens wide enough to hold a regular camera if you want, for vlogs, etc, so you're not limited to smartphones for capturing video.

I am so glad I got this. It is perfect for what I need. I love the fact everything is so easy to set up. Nothing complicated. I like how you can use the tripod as a table top height or a full height. You can even use it as a selfie stick. I love that there is a remote control and it paired quickly with my phone. There are all kinds of adjustments so that you can turn your phone horizontal or vertical. It is on a rolling ball so you can make even the minute adjustment. I like how the phone attaches to the tripod. You can place it easily anywhere. The brightness is perfect too. Small so not blinding, yet effective. You also can't be the price! Not sure how well it will work at far distances so this may be for closer video. Great buy.

I just received this light and I am happy with it so far. The light is really bright and will work well for YouTube videos or Facebook live videos. It looks like it would work well for taking some portrait photos as well if it was close enough to the subject.
I wish it had an attachment that allowed the phone to sit directly in the middle of the ring. The one that came with it puts it out in front of the ring. However, it doesn't affect the picture at all when recording.
The tripod could be sturdier, but it will work well for a phone. I like how the tripod has a handle that allows you to adjust the angle of the camera and light.
All in all, this product is well worth the money.

This is a very good product for the price range. It has everything l need as an amateur video maker without the need of spending a fortune on professional equipment. Powerful light, many different height and position options and remote. I've been using this for recording my YouTube videos and also for my Zoom meetings. Now l don't have to worry about finding a spot at home where l have a no traffic background and good lighting. With this light l can setup my laptop anywhere without worrying about the light angle. I recommend this for anyone who needs a budget friendly good quality product.

You'll be delighted how much better you look on video calls - Zoom, FaceTime, etc. - with this light. It takes your presentation up a big notch. If you look carefully at many TikTok videos you'll notice they're using a ring light.
This one is great! I love it. It works like a charm. Connects really easily to a computer or laptop. I haven't yet used the phone attachment but it looks easy enough. Of course, if you intend to use a ring light primarily with your phone you might want the model where you can mount the phone within the circle itself, rather than on the light's vertical arm.

I really like it. It's well constructed. It comes with 3 different color temperature (day light, tungsten and warm interior light) that you can change only with a click. I received tree days ago and did only a test and it work really well. I'll have to keep using it for a while to see how it does in the long run. The only thing to bear in mind is that the phone holder would work better with a normal mobile rather than a super XL phones as it'd be too tight but still would do the job. Great price for the value. Recommended

This is a great, lightweight glam light for any social media butterfly. I tested it out on faces and products, using my forward-facing camera & the blue tooth remote that it comes with. It's super easy to put together & use. There are 3 light settings, each with controllable brightness. It has a USB connection for power, which makes it easy o use at my desk or to plug into a power cube. Apple & Andriod compatible.

I love this item! It works perfectly, the multi-lighting Options and dimmer switch is a great feature.This is a fantastic addition to my desk! I am quite pleased to have this enhance my make up area, and for my desk, sewing table and zoom sessions. Having a hands free stand with glamour lighting makes you look and feel good!
It is very easy to use. I am considering ordering a second one. Great idea for gifts too!

Excellent product. This is a wonderful great tripod and light ring set especially for beginners. The tripod is well balanced and I find it particularly useful that the light can be adjusted so easily. I would recommend this for new time bloggers or photographers who want some new tech to spice up their video or photo quality without costing them an arm and leg! I also love the color of the tripod.

It's easy to assemble and then start using.The light comes in three modes - very bright, a little dim, and then a natural skin tone of light.It takes only a few minutes to assemble it, and then your phone or camera is placed in the middle, and light is projected onto the subject to create a beautiful photographic effect.I'm very impressed with it. I can't believe the quality at such a high price.

I was staring at this lamp for a while! After reading the comments, I decided to do it. I was not disappointed! It was built in a few minutes and it worked perfectly! It's well packaged and I've been using it since day one. Ideal for video, photos, close ups and longer frames. It's not overweight, but it can bear the weight of it. I never fear that it will overturn. The price is amazing!

The lighting for selfies is very beautiful, so I've taken a lot of pictures. The tripod is tight enough to stand alone. The arm of the phone stand is flexible and can be screwed into a circular light. The light itself is the pattern used to soften or illuminate itself. I have updated all my profile pictures.

It takes a bit of knowledge to know how to connect everything, but overall this is great. The light has 3 different color settings that change with the click of a button. The tripod is a basic tabletop one but works perfect for the setup.This is a great budget friendly, and portable option!
