Самый плохой опыт, который у меня был. Товар может быть неисправен, hing на гриле был сломан и вариант тумана/тумана не работает. Я отправил им сообщение, как они спросили в первый день, чтобы избежать споров и просто отправить им сообщение. Предоставили доказательства и отправили им электронное письмо с видео. Они решили, что он не слишком сломался, и отклонили возврат общей суммы и полностью возместили менее 25% от цены.
