Leider ist das Paket in Deutschland nach dem Zoll hängen geblieben. Ich hatte nie den Eindruck, dass der Verkäufer irgend etwas getan hat, um die Lieferung in Gang zu setzen. Ich wurde mit Standard-Phrasen abgespeist, ich solle geduldig warten. Der Verkäufer hat aus meiner Sicht den deutschen Paketdienst Hermes nie kontaktiert. Ich kann nicht ausschließen, dass der Verkäufer das Paket unzureichend addressiert hat.
