The setting is fake. As can be seen by the video, It has no brightness control. I need brightness control so that I can use it in dark and bright environments. The description says that it has brightness control, but it does not. Screens use pulse width modulation to control brightness. When pulse width modulation signal is given to the screen, the screen will adjust the back light LEDs accordingly. This fake brightness just adjusts contrast. The graphics chip gets quite hot, and the auto adjust function does nothing.
