I already owned the Aegismax G2 and was really happy with that bag that I wanted another for warmer weather. The Nano has a good price, well made, lightweight, very compact and warm enough for warm weather camping. I'm 5'6 170lbs (168cm, 77kg) and I have broad shoulders and the Medium Nano fits me but there is very little room to move my arms when fully zipped up all the way. If I bought this again, I would get the large. The large is longer but also wider at the top.
