I tested it with 2 x 3.6 = 7.2V Li-Ion cells input voltage, adjusted the output voltage to 16.00 Volt and measured this indeed with an external volt meter (see attached picture). Did not measure the maximum output current, but this is probably OK. There is no user manual included to explain the various configuration elements (e.g. current limitation and display read-out), but most of them are easily understandable. I am very happy. Thanks!
