It was not possible to check how accurate the description of the goods was, because the parcel was not received and, probably, that it did not exist at all. Regular bugs.
It was common that you can not open a dispute on the parcel as a whole, as much as the goods in the parcel, so many disputes open. There is a useless separate trial for each mask and some other trifle. For each of these proceedings, decisions are made by different people and accordingly make different decisions on goods that are in the same missing parcel. It's unpardonous to stretch this trial and the process of returning money.
At this time, the seller writes in the messages another track number of the parcel and offers to call the Mail and look for the parcel.
