I bought two chairs in random colors. Received one pink and one orange chair and both colors are awesome. Pink chair was in perfect condition, no scratches, cracks or breaks - the Orange chair, unfortunately, had a back leg that had broken off about midpoint on the leg. The seller had not packed the chairs properly for shipping, just two clear bags, with a chair in each one, then put in a shipping BAG, NO bubble wrap, NO foam peanuts, NO thin foam sheets, not even pieces of cardboard,. was used to help protect these hard PLASTIC chairs from rough handling during shipping. I suppose I should feel lucky that one chair made it here in good condition. I did contact the seller right away about the broken chair and asked for a refund for that one chair - the seller processed my refund request quickly without any problems, so I have bumped up my star rating due to the great Customer Service in processing my refund for broken chair with no hassle.
