It's completely sintetic and transparent fabric. Picture shows it as reqular, to a surrten degree out of cotton T shirt but it is not. I bought 6 in total so Word of advice order 1piece you might not like it if you don't like clothing transparent as nylon stockings. Especially noticeable in case of the white one. My brother's nipples and chest hair were see through, it was looking ridiculous for a man to have his hair and nipples transparent through T shirt mirs same with black color but just because it's black it's not noticeable as much however if it wouldn't be a bit loose on him and if you are for example bodybuilding and will strech this T shirt it might be same as with white one. My brother literally made a joke ok you'll have to buy me depilation kit and nipple stickers so that I can wear it. So that by itself speak volumes on how ridiculous it looked
