From this seller I bought three figures, one after another, and I have a different consumer experience. If it went well with Norway, Iceland brought me another stand. Since I already had Norway with a stand from the ad, and the price is not low, I wanted to get a promised stand and I wrote to the seller, explaining the situation. While the seller was in contact with the factory, Denmark came to me without a stand. Since I planned to put figures, not hang, I had to write again to the seller. As a result, I was sent two missing original stands, which reached 1,5 months, twice as long as the figures went. The result: the seller went to meet and solved the problem, and I now have three beautiful figures! Hello! I recently ordered 2 of these products, one for me and the other for my boyfriend in the US. Mine arrived perfectly fine but his one arrived slightly damaged. Even though he said he could "fix it", I think the packaging could have been more protective.
Overall the product is great though! I sincerely appreciate the products and think they're adorable!
