The product arrived extremely late, there was no update or status on the package. After so many days of no activity, I assumed the product was lost. I ended up buying a different device from a different vendor, because I needed the product. I'm a long time, regular customer of Aliexpress, I understand how long it takes to receive a product, I did not think that this product would eventually arrived. The product is now useless to me.

I replaced a wink hub 2 with this one and everything is working great! The device itself is a lot smaller than I expected but again all my devices connected are working, thank you!
