Parcel was delivered in 67 days from order date. One fan had it's axis twisted (see picture) and was rubbing on it's frame. Since it is cheap, I didn't decide to open a dispute, but asked the seller if he considered this problem as inside their normal quality expectancy. He didn't reply the question, but proposed a discount on my hypothetical next order. However this being purely hypothetical, I can't take it in account in my evaluation.
