This is in fact a very expensive 220V relay.
In order for it to work, A, B and C have to be bridged and connected to the Live wire, N to Neutral.
When power is applied, the characteristic clicking noise of a relay can clearly be heard.
So it basically provides the same service than this relay https://www.aliexpress.com/item/33012230346.html for almost 10 x the price.
From a reliability perspective, the relay will remain on as long as power is applied. If used to detect power failures, it means that the electromagnet will be on 99.99% of the time which can lead to coil overheating.
