I was sent a different item. It was a blue steamer but it was inferior to the product seen in the photos. The one I was sent didn’t work very well and had lower power, 1200-1400w. The head is made of plastic instead of metal. The steam is weak and shoots out in small spurts. It m took a long time to steam just one shirt. Pretty useless. Opened a dispute but only got and partial refund. The seller claimed that they sent the wrong item.. If you interested in the item in the picture, buy it from a different seller with actual reviews.

stay away from seller. 10+ years on aliexpress first time giving 1 star. seller will send you cheap item not as advertised. when confronted seller tried to offer $2 refund. Are you kidding? bought a $50 item, got send a cheap $10 item and want to give $2 refund? my mistake was chosing resend for full refund in dispute. sending back item cost as much as the item itself so i just lost $50 on useless item. STAY AWAY!!
