It arrived early and nicely packaged. About communication with the Victor I can't say anything because I had no need to ask anything. The seams look strong and the material is like laminated fabric the tified to make it waterproof. The expansion bellows are correct and the pockets are described, with well-sewn zippers. The charger hasn't tried it yet. The inner part is like in the photos, opens 180 °, the reserved part for the laptop is well padded. It has many pockets to keep pens or notebooks inside.
