Flask of good quality. There's no smell. The lid is dense. It's stocked. To open, you need to lay a piece of plastic on the lid (like medicine).
I use gels that do not require water to drink. Their volume is larger than that of ordinary ones. In the flask will fit the calculation of only 3 pieces. This is enough for 2-2,5 hours of activity. For longer runs and hikes I ordered a second. The main plus of such a flask is not to carry on empty packages, from which sticky remains of the gel flow on you.
