The quality of this item is HORRIBLE. THe vendor is a liar. I sent a message to cancel the order BEFORE it was shipped because the school cancelled the music program. Vendor said the items were already sent, which was FALSE. THey were shipped AFTER I requested the cancellation. I have made every effort to resolve the problem BEFORE shipping. The items sent are flimsy, HORRIBLE quality. Shameful. I want a full refund, and acknowledgement that this vendor is a CROOK. SHAMEFUL.
