The pickups are good considering the costs and sound very good through a good amp. The fretboard is decently made and will probably only need a little bit of sanding down. I cannot overstate how much I love the way this guitar looks. I've always looked for a copy of the japanese midnight telecaster and now I have one.

The thing that contributed to the rating I gave is how quickly the seller responded to my questions and had a lot of patience with me. The guitar took around 19 days to be built and around 21 days to get to the U.S. which is very understandable given the pandemic. When it arrived the neck was broken where it was attached to the body and I had to fix it myself. I'm certain this is because of the company that shipped the guitar and to no fault of the seller. I commend that the seller also gave me a partial refund when I disputed the order because of the broken neck.

High quality electric guitar,TL style,Basswood body with Maple neck,Black matte paint,Custom electric guitar,free shipping 2024 - It needed better set up the nut was high needed to be lowered and the nut cutting for strings were too tight had to be shaped for the strings not to bind the strings were high so needed to adjust the bridge the neck was nice frets were well done the lipstick pickup is very microphonic picking up stray sounds I adjusted the hight of pickup so it focused on strings not other sounds but very happy the guitarist beautiful great color and paint the neck is satins finish so very nice not used to the fat c shape neck but I’m starting to like it more each time I play it I will replace the lipstick pickup when I can find a better one but I’m very happy with the guitar thanks guys for making a nice guitar

Neck is completely rubbish, not maple, not even a thing; Locking can’t hold the tone; low quality screws … give 2 stars because the case is ok, pick up works,… can’t call a guitar, just a toy can give to kids... Go get a 2nd hand Squier if you are on budget. AliExpress Lesson learned.
