I order from this seller, for the second time. No problem. I have been using the first mug for more than a year. No complaints. Heat holds for a long time. The only thing that came from the spout was a sealing gum, and I accidentally washed it into the sink. Asked the seller if it was possible to send it. Alas... I had to buy a second. I made a third order, the same mug only of bronze color, maybe it will put a sealing rubber band on the spout... let's see... unsubscribe.
