Before placing an order I asked the seller if the camera could be connected to the original radio of the car, photos sent at his request and he confirmed. I received the camera but it did not have a connector. Instead of opening the dispute, I asked the seller to find me a solution he did nothing.
I sent many messages he did not understand. I opened the dispute with a request for return from the camera. Following an error on my part on the tracking number and in front of the inertia of the seller I preferred to give up the return and asked the seller to be paid.
This dispute is closed, it is not in my habits to leave a bad note but in addition I will not order at this seller. I will prefer the sites with the return in fifteen and without discussions.
