The floodlight rattled upon shaking. Inspection revealed that there was neither adhesive nor heat paste present between LED and frame. After dispute the money was returned, the defective floodlight stayed..
The floodlight was taken apart, and reassembled using GD900 heat paste and cyanoacrylate adhesive,
while an extra heat sink was added at the back of the floodlight. Pressure was applied to effect optimal heat contact. The temperature of the frame rose to almost 60 deg C after half an hour. Good!
