First the seller sent the wrong model of the mixer that I ordered. In addition, the mixer was broken (the upper lever fell off). I opened a dispute and the seller sent out a new one, this time the model that I wanted. The dispute closed when the new mixer came. Both mixers look brutal. Would not say they are made very well. Metal somewhere requires grinding. But since it's stainless steel, you can smoke. The hoses are not included, which is undoubtedly a minus. Packing No. But not expensive.
