It looks like Shimano parts. No boxes nor documents at all. And not all the parts are included.
I have bought original Shimano parts in a box in Canada, and they come with all the small little parts you may need when doing the installation. Even tools for the bottom bracket for instance. These parts come with the bare minimal.
Cables for the breaks are NOT included. Original parts do include both set of cables (shifts and breaks).
Breaks come with only two (out of 4) nuts they should come with, and they don't have the zinc washers the original Shimano parts come with.
It is disappointing. I thought these parts were just not in the box, but they were complete.
