I checked the MH-M18 already and it is a little bit more noisy than VHM-314. I tested it on the same amplifier, tried to filter the supply and also used a DCDC-Converter 5V-5V, but still there is some noise. The MH-M18 seems to react more sensitive around it's antenna. So it's not a chip feature (i believe they are the same for VHM-314 and MH-M18, because not only the footprint but also the systemsounds are equal), but the layout of the board.
It is however a good board. Especially compared to older Bluetooth-Audio converters were it wasn't even possible to connect the GNDs of the module and of the amplifier together.
