This is my second order from this company and I am extremely satisfied with their products. They sent me a free gift with my first order, but not this one, which surprised me considering the amount I spent on this order. The shipping was relatively fast considering it came to Texas (USA). The only complaint I have is that 12 of the packets of crystals I received had the name written in Chinese (I assume) and not English as was the case with most packets. Thus, I had to open each crystal packet to confirm what color it was. Please note, when sending items to the US, we need to have the item description in English. Other than that, I am pleased with my orders received.
