They fit perfectly & they run smoothly. The noise-level is pretty much the same as from the original part. It is capable to stop when set to 0% fan-speed. The cables are quite long in comparison, which is a bit inconvenient when trying to reassemble the video card, but also has the advantage that you can swap the left with the right fan since the cable will still be able to reach the connector. So in conclusion, it is a perfect replacement, especially considering the low price.
