save your money!Don't buy this garbage!I understand 135$ is cheap..but is a lot of money for a litle decoration toy!
it's only 100w max!maybe 145w in a big storm
blades are only 53cm,not enough for 400w and are too soft.
on a bench test peaked 145w at 1300rpm
in 22km/h wind,mounted at 7m high doesn't produce anything
it start spining only at 13-14km/h wind
it is usefull!buy two solar panels instead!

The description fits very well. It is necessary to fix the base on the post that is a cylindrical plate, and the only way I found is to solder it on the post, which is not so easy for an occasional siuder. Delivered from Belgium and Belgium in 5 days
