Paid for the item plus extra for shipping. Item arrived broken in half and unusable. I contacted seller asking them to ship a replacement. Instead they wanted to give a partial refund. I was not willing to pay a partial price for an unusable item. Then they wanted me to pay to ship the broken item back to them in order to get a new one. I said I was happy to send it back but they needed to pay the return shipping. The item was very poorly packaged for shipping in the first place and I was not willing to pay an additional amount for their negligence. Since they were not willing to come tor an equitable solution with me I must file a dispute. BUYER BEWARE-Not a reasonable and responsible seller!
