The seller has changerd shippment from my home country to China. This extra cost customer service was to speedup delivery of the goods to 7 days. This service was not been done by the seller. The seller delayed the shippment by 14 days and delayed invoice by additional 8 days. Total delivery time was 33 days. Additionally the seller "forgot" to arrange free custom service. All this facts increase the cost by 40%.
Additionally the order was incomplete, some parts are missing. The Aliexpress dispute is fruitless, as Aliexpress totally ignore evidences provides by buyer and Aliexpress judge team is not impartial at all.

The kit was very easy to install and adapt to my recumbent tandem bike. The only additional part I needed was an extra length of power cable and the part was easy to order. The 500W motor was able to easily power the tandem up hills that were under 7% grades without peddling. We tested the pedal assist on a 12% grade without any problems. The DPC18 display is easy to program and easy to see in all lighting conditions. The battery is easily installed onto water bottle mounts.
