The hair is pretty & soft however I ordered 18 inches 180 density but it is extremely thin for me, even my husband noticed how thin it is, and the length has a lot of shorter pieces in it. I paid for 18 inches but most of it is 12, 14, 16. It's like the hair has layers in it. I would have to add hair in, to get the thickness I desire. Customer service was good. They notified me and stated that the wig I ordered was not in stock and they would have to make it and it will take 1 week. So I was ok with that and confirmed again the length and density I ordered. I guess it works if you like that thin natural look, I prefer volume and fullness.
