I placed an order for 2 rings, followed the instructions on the description page, told them what I wanted and in what font. Nowhere on their page did it say I needed to specify to engrave the outside of the ring or it would default to engrave the inside. I received it with the engraving inside I told them about the mistake and they tried to tell me it was my fault, because they misread. I told them "in font 36" and they assumed the word "in" meant inside. They were trying to pressure me into closing my dispute when they refused to own up to their mistake. I have ordered rings from other stores on ali and they were all engraved on the outside.
