This seller sold me 2ps of low capacity of 18650 battery. From his website it claimed it's a Panasonic 3400mAh battery. From my battery capacity tester, it showed the battery is a 2600mAh. I repeated the battery test and it remains showed the similar capacity. I asked seller for a solution but he ignored my message.

This seller sold me 2ps of low capacity of 18650 battery. From his website it claimed it's a Panasonic 3400mAh battery. From my battery capacity tester, it showed the battery is a 2600mAh. I repeated the battery test and it remains showed the similar capacity. I asked seller for a solution but he ignored my message.
