Arrived in good shape, but no install manual included. Without silicon case your phone will fall out, since the holder sides are rigid plastic, with smooth surface.
There is an adhesice stripe in the package, for what? Shall i stick it on to the side of the holder to create an antislip surface or is it for the case, you install the provided bar mount piece. (If you not using OEM BMW holder).
When inserting the phone both ways, the buttons will be pressen continously. Either from the smooth topside or the holding craw from downside. ITs plastic, so you can melt a groove into the top side for your buttons if u are patient.
Also the two USB slots are covered by a one piece rigid plastic. So if you wanna use one USB you have to remove the cover from both.
Beside these small things, the phone holder fits perfectly into the OEM BMW mount, USB ports provide juice for the phone(ordered the one without wireless). Had the first ride with it today, was smooth with almost no vibrations.
