Communication between the vendor and I was consistent but VERY UNPRODUCTIVE. My order came in 2 weeks later than it was suppose to and I AM NOTTT HAPPY. Directly after I ordered my product, I contacted the vendor and asked if my order would come in on time(August 3rd) because I needed it for an event. The vendor contacted me back and said "yes, it will SURELY come in on time. I feel like she knew that if she was honest and said that it would not come in on time, I would have cancelled my order. When I told the seller on August 4th that my order is late, she offered me eyelashes but my order was almost $300. I don’t want eyelashes, I wanted my order! I just received my order and it had the eyelashes in it. I am now thinking that they sent my order out the day after I complained, which was a day after it was suppose to be delivered to me. I AM NOTTTTT HAPPY!

I really like it. It was more than enough hair. The hair is full, soft, style and dries quickly, I like how it turned out for me. I washed and conditioned the hair and it didn’t take away from texture. I would buy again.

Pleasantly surprised at the quality of the hair for the price took color well too as well as kept curl pattern after coloring the curls did loosen ....Overall Get the hair its well worth the money....

Money well spent. When I tell you the only thing you need is water, I mean it. The curl pattern is beautiful. I made a wig out of this hair JUNE 2020 and it still looks amazing
