This instance immediately starts the board when connected to the outlet (respectively without closing the power SW contacts), but the processor itself does not want to start, that is, the voltage is not even some problems on this line.
Before that there was a power supply unit (Gold certificate) too Chinese, it has a butterfly on the logo, worked properly, only as it turned out to be all with the same processor line, apparently when load on the percent (not overclocking), one of the pins melted and accordingly the board also stopped starting, this wire (4pin-8pin) Separately, you will not find all the Internet. In short, excellent experience and interest, but no longer needed.

The power supply can and good, but, at the time of unpacking I found that all the bolts were twisted, I checked the unit inside, no comments found, the only thing that thing is because I do not see the point of opening a new power supply as the store claims.
Huge minus this is a 40mm fan, it works on full turns, creating noise and vibration, very loud, recommend ordering Noctua 4 pin and connecting it to the motherboard that in the store DNS found this for 1200 rubles, the seller does not give discounts, it is useless to argue, the shorter the power supply goes out 5 K +, A little expensive, but such a consideration of micro-collectors)

I did not end up finding the time to return this junk so I still have it. The item came with both boxes checked for 400 and 500 watts (like they couldn't remember which they had shipped) but the unit supplies <90 watts. I tested this on two low power i3s and both had th same results - system boots fine and is able to hold with basic use, but the second harder tasks are started, like games, the PSU does not supply stable current resulting in system reboot... my total system draw should be 220 MAX. Luckily I had no damage to the board but this does not work as advertised. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Works great! I immediately replaced the 40mm fan with a noctua so I can't comment on the performance or noise with the stock fan, but it is running great and quiet with the noctua fan. And at this price, it's worth the upgrade.
Currently running very stable, although I haven't load tested yet.
