The order never received.
The seller sent an order to the CBER logistics. You told me to ask at the post office. As a result, SBER logistics lasted the order 7 days and most likely sent it back. Since after 9 days I still found where I sent my order. Having passed to Sberbank, I was told that after 7 days the departure cannot be issued.
Opened a dispute for a refund. As a result, the dispute is closed in favor of the seller.

When USB-powered there is no voltage in batteries bay. Most probably (unless some smart controller inside with micro-currents battery probing, which is unlikely for a cheap device) the USB and batteries power circuits are decoupled, you can not recharge accumulators in this device but at the same time the batteries probably won't burn or leak when USB cable is plugged in.
