The difference sometimes was 10 volts, and the races in two three volts are ordinary. Unfortunately, the battery of the phone sat down and there was no way to charge and shoot the video. The other day I will do another overturn and will remove all deviations from the normal operation of the regulator. If everything happens again, I'll open a dispute.

Very bad experience. The product didn't work on arrival, so I contacted the seller. He asked me to do plenty of manipulations to prove the product was faulty, and that took several days. Then he just stopped responding. I opened a dispute, and only got refunded half of what I paid. the product might be very good if you receive a working unit, but for me the experience was really unpleasant.
