secondly there is no "infrared" nor heating, it's a simple beating model which costs about half the price in other AliExpress links.
Seller is very pleasant and communication is excellent. Seller shipped the item fast but w/o my phone number, which caused the shipping company to not be able to text me as for whereabouts of package, and it took me an extra week of emails and phone calls to locate it.
To top everything, the item sent to me did not work (at all! it was useless). I know it isn't the model w massage and heat bc it has no such mode in buttons and bc the package says it's the beating model.
Seller did take responsibility and offered to send me a different model, i refused and got a refund.
