Though seller sent the item promptly, item was never received but stayed long in transit. Rather disappointing that the seller was unwilling to refund after initially agreeing to do so or resend parcel should it not be delivered. Aliexpress came in and made a sound judgement for full refund. I grateful and happy that the system is just and fair to the customer.
I gave 3 stars because the problem may not have been entirely the sellers; would have given 5 had he kept to his word and offered the refund or resend item as originally agreed without hustle. Seller communication was generally good.
