Ordered on May 5th. Received on May 15th. Reason for shipping delay is because the seller did not have the frontal that I originally wanted. They were kind enough to offer a 4*4 closure plus 22 inch bundles instead. I agreed, and am satisfied. I’ve been ordering from Black Pearl for about 3 years now and never really had an issue, plus the quality of the hair is divine. I’ll be figuring out how I want to fashionable with the color and install soon. Photos are from previous styles I’ve used their hair for.

Ordered on 11.11 received on 11.19, which was 8 days in total, but 7 days for shipment. Vendor did not have the frontal that I ordered, so we had a slight debate for pricing adjustments where they sent me a closure instead. The experience was not unpleasant - I’m only disappointed that the frontal that I planned to receive was out of stock. That was on no fault of the seller.

first of all the seller sent me the wrong length, plus I wanted a frontal but they sent me a closure. I had just the worst experience with this supplier. am never ever ordering from them again.
