I had a worst communication with this company. Be aware canadian people, who wants to bye from this company. I never received my parcel because Post canadian made a mistake and delivered my parcel to the wrong address. My address is correct but they delivered the parcel to the wrong address. Then they asked this company to call them then they will proceed to the refund, but they refused. So now i don't have my parcel, and also no refund. Worst after service in my life. They don't even try to understand, no reply to my messages. Don't waste your money and time to buy with them, because in case there is a problem, they won't answer to your messages, then they acting like deaf people. They just want to sale thats all. They don't care about how we feel after spemding our money and never received our parcel.
Maybe a way to steal money from people. Because Poste canada will send the parcel to them again after a while.

Ordered on 31.05, arrived 22.07 in Romania. Boxes were crumpled, it's not good to take it for a gift, but in my situation were for personal use, so i don't care so much because the items inside were intact. Everything works really fine and it is very efficient. I tried it for the first time after cleaning my face and it got a lot of greasy points! It's really useful. My skin was red for little time and got back quick with no bruise or smth. I really like it!
